1. I love this post. I think exercise is so important, but you’re right in that being a mum really means you need to think about it…and there is a lot to consider. I think you are on the right track. One thing I found helpful was I found a mums running club near by. I met some great friends and definitely got into running! ๐Ÿ™‚ Keep us posted. xx

  2. Looking forward to seeing how you get on. My plans stop and start all the time, there is a lot of planning involved! But I know when I do make the effort to exercise I feel so much better afterwards – running makes you happy.
