Chemist Direct-A Review

I was recently approached by Chemist Direct to review their site and their service.
Chemist shopping you say? Oh, yes please.

I LOVE chemists and, Chemist Direct is like the biggest chemist you will ever see.

They sell everything from baby to beauty to prescription medicine and everything in between.

It took me a good week to decide what to buy. I started off with luxury items which I would not usually buy for myself like fake tan and hair-taming shampoo.

My conscience took hold though and, as I am coming to the end of my maternity pay, when I will go the last three months penniless, sensibility took over.

So I bought:

A three pack of Aptamil Comfort Milk
Three packs of baby wipes
A tube of Aquafresh Little Teeth
A box of Nelson’s Teething Granules
A tube of baby Anbesol
Some Theramed Tooth paste.

How grown up am I? Not a drop of Fake Bake in sight.

The ordering itself was really easy. My other choice was a two-pack of Mam soothers but they were out of stock and the website told me straight away.

I put my choices in the basket, filled in my contact details and paid.

I had to answer questions about the Anbesol because it is classed as a medical item and then I checked out.

Simple.

The beauty of online pharmacies is that when you can’t get out-like when I had just had the caesarean, you can buy a whole host of necessities from the comfort of your own home and not have to rely on other people to get them for you.

The order arrived five days later, well packaged and in tact.

What more could I ask for.

I am very impressed with Chemist Direct. On many items, they can’t be beaten on price.

You can follow Chemist Direct on Twitter here and, everyone gets 10 per cent off their first order. What more could you want?

*I was offered a voucher for my Chemist Direct shopping trip but all opinions are my own.
