Easter Surprise Eggs

I have been thinking about this video for a while. We are brand ambassadors for Baker Ross and, in our latest box, for Easter, we were sent plastic eggs which are yellow and
chicks painted on them.

Like many other small children, Boo is completely obsessed with watching Surprise Eggs on YouTube. She loves them.

As soon as I saw the eggs in the box, I knew what I wanted to do.

I have even discussed it at the school gates. Some of Boo’s friends are also huge Surprise Egg fans and I wasn’t sure what to put in there.

One mum said it didn’t even matter if the things were new. Apparently, the fun is in the surprise of opening, not really what is contained-well that made me feel better. You have no idea how stressful it is to find things small enough to go in any Surprise Eggs. I was on the verge of creating a new hashtag on social media- #SurpriseEggProblems.

Evidently, there were no problems and I looked around the house. Boo loves the little erasers you can get in Paperchase so they went in three of the eggs. I got some Easter wire chicks, some Easter rabbit toys and a bag of mini chocolate eggs.

As always with my videos, it’s not all smooth running. The washing machine is on in the background, the dogs were barking outside and the Baby was gurgling shouting.

I may not be the next Stephen Spielberg, but by beautiful Boo deserves an Oscar for her performance.

I just hope she thanks me in her acceptance speech.

We were sent the eggs and the foam baskets from for the purpose of this review but all opinions are my own.

  1. What a fun idea – I can imagine that finding things small enough to fit inside can be quite a challenge! Love how happy Boo was about opening them, especially with the ones with the chocolate mini eggs and the ones with the chicks inside 🙂
