Farm-Inspired Clothing for Babies and Toddlers

Anything farm is always a hit here. Obviously.

So anything farm-inspired for the baby or any of the children for that matter, is also a win.

For the purposes of this blog post however, I am going to focus on farm inspired clothing for babies and toddlers.

The SS17 collection at Mothercare has lots of diggers and tractors featured and I couldn’t resist the hooded top and zip-up cardigan got G. Layers are great when it is chilly and, even in summer months, if it is windy, it is always windier here.

The tractor leggings come in a two-pack from JoJo Maman Bebe-a new favourite of mine and there is a matching top. I haven’t purchased these yet but they are on my list.

Likewise the beautiful neutral farm sleep suit and hat, also from JoJo Maman Bebe is the perfect newborn gift and, if the baby is big enough, I think this might be the going home outfit. There are little animals like ducks and cows embroidered on and the hat is super cute.

I know I have shown you the Maxomorra tractor suit before but it really is one of my favourites and big sister and brother have matching pieces so I cant wait for a photo of them together.

This lovely, lovely farm sleeping bag may stay on my wishlist as I have all of the sleeping bags from the older two but I can’t deny it is gorgeous and very apt and is also from JoJo Maman Bebe.

Lastly, my cousin bought G this yellow digger top from Next for his birthday and a more suitable top could not have been chosen-especially because I love him in bright colours.

I am sure I will find more farm-inspired clothing and the months go on.

  1. Ah, some lovely clothes! Eric has a set of farm themed Frugi dungarees which I adore. I love writing about baby clothes. And buying them. More buying them really

  2. I have the jojo sleeping bag my sister in law bought it only this week for our new born baby born billy. It’s beautiful really well made.
Also Asda has a big tractor range at the moment mainly from 6-9 month up from jeans to t-shirts and jumpers really good value for money too.
It’s just a shame that they don’t do girls clothes with tractors and diggers. (Obviously) I do dress our 18 month old daughter in grace in tractor clothes really for boys as she’s tractor mad, but would just be nice to see a girl range.

    1. I totally agree with you. There is definitely not enough for girls and I am now going to have to go an look at Asda 😀 yay for farm clothes
