Well it is all very exciting at the farm this week. For once, it is not about the animals or our escapades.
Next Sunday-4th May, I will be leaving the farm for the day. That’s right-a whole day away. I am attending my first, ever, blogger conference which will be hosted at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
So, as there will be 69 other people there who I have never met before (daunting) but to be honest, I feel I know since I read many of their blogs.
However the organiser, Laura Seaton has come up with the brilliant idea of us all taking part in a questionnaire so we can
quiz each other on whether we’ve read them get to know each other better. So here goes:
What came first the chicken or the egg? Ooo tough one I am going to say chicken
Dietary requirements? I’ve been vegetarian for 23 years-reconcile that with me being married to a livestock farmer.
Special talents? I have no party tricks I’m afraid. I think I am quite creative.
Describe Yourself In Seven Words- just on the right side of crazy
What Is The Best And Worst Thing About Blogging? The best is getting things off my chest. The worst is not getting enough off my chest because I worry about the eternal internet world (deep).
What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done? Turned up at a Take That concert a week late.
What would your superhero name and power be? Super Mum
What will you be wearing at Blog ON? I was going to come dressed as a farmer’s wife-quilted jacket, headscarf, pearls and wellies but I decided to have an ‘off-day’ so probably leggings and a top.
What’s your favourite blog post you have written this year so far. Too many to mention but I did enjoy writing 10 things I’d go back and advise myself about babies.
I am really looking forward to BlogOnMosi. Please come and say hello if you’re going.
