Potty Training with Bing Toilet Train Bing

Potty training. It’s a Bing thing. If you ask me, it’s also a nightmare thing. I would seriously rather give birth again than potty train. It is a thankless task and we haven’t always had the best of luck with it here.

To find something to spark the imaginations of little ones though, always gets the thumbs up from me so when Fisher Price offered us the Bing Toilet Train Bing to try, how could I refuse?

We all love Bing here-the big two especially.

The Bing Toilet Train Bing comes boxed with a soft Bing and a little, soft, plastic toilet.

Bing encourages little ones to play games but, when it is time to go to the loo, he tells you and you have to put him on the toilet to much applause.

When Bing sits on the toilet you hear a flush when he’s finished but, if Bing doesn’t make it in time uh-oh, a light comes on in the pant region to show that Bing has wet himself. Cue much hilarity from my two. They loved that feature.

Thankfully, Bing is not upset by his accident, showing children that it is no big thing Bingsters can help Bing catch the toilet train the next time around!

There are loads of phrases and games to play with your very own Bingsters and the wet patch really does get the imaginations going so I think that is our favourite part.

I had hoped the doll would spark G’s interest in potty training but it was Boo who fell in love with him and that’s fine.

If I know G, he will probably play with it more when Boo goes back to school.
