Since becoming a parent, you can’t help but feel empathy for the hundreds of children featured on the news every year.
Children in war-torn countries.
Children who are starving.
As a mother myself, I know I would do anything for my children but to even try to imagine how the mothers around the world must feel when they see their own children suffer yet are helpless to do anything about it, must be the worst feeling in the world.

Recently, I was chosen to be an ambassador for From Babies With Love and, when I heard of the brilliant work they do, I couldn’t help but say yes.

From Babies with Love is a pioneering baby brand that donates 100 per cent of its profits to orphaned and abandon children.
It was founded by former city accountant Cecilia Crossley. After becoming a parent, her concerns for the welfare of children universally were heightened. Whilst out shopping for her son’s baby clothes, Cecilia was inspired by an idea to sell beautiful baby clothes that returned the profit to help children in need, and From Babies With Love was born.
The brand has launch its first own label collection this autumn.

The contemporary range is designed for children aged from birth up to 24-months and comprises sleepsuits, t-shirts, hats and blankets which are available in four distinctive styles, featuring charming animal motifs: The Rabbit, The Duck, The Frog and The Monkey. In keeping with From Babies With Love’s logo – a postmark – each animal illustration has been cleverly created using a montage of vintage postage materials to unique effect.

Made using GOTS-certified organic yarn, the soft cotton is ideal for baby’s sensitive skin. High quality screen-printing and hand finished applique details complete a premium finish and feel.
The products will be available to purchase individually, or as part of a gift pack displayed in an inspired presentation box that includes a kit which can be easily up-cycled to create a fun hanging mobile for the nursery. Every element of From Babies with Love’s work is designed with its environmental and social impacts in mind.

Of the new collection, FBWL’s founder Cecilia Crossley says: “Our new collection is an exciting step for our brand that will enable us to help many more vulnerable babies grow up in loving family homes.”
FBWL has so far supported over 500 children across 25 countries worldwide, and through the launch of their contemporary new collection of babywear this autumn they hope to increase this support to over 2000 children within the next 12-months.
